Very few children stop going to school because they or their guardians have decided education does not matter. They stop because a specific cost arrives at a specific moment and the household cannot meet it.
The School Monitoring Programs concentrate support at exactly those moments. At the start of each term, supported learners are helped with the costs that would otherwise keep them at home, and guardians are visited so the foundation knows what has changed since the last term.
Support does not end when the fee is paid. Through the term, the foundation follows how each supported student is actually doing — attendance, results, and whether anything at home has shifted — so that a learner drifting away from school is noticed early enough to do something about it.
